With a style akin to a mild, Old Ale is based on one of our oldest recipes from 1890. Hops play second fiddle to malt, so you’ll find rich aromas of caramel and nutty chocolate. They come through on the palate along with hints of liquorice and red fruits. This is all balanced by a smooth bitterness that cleanses the palate.
